"Encircle the Sun" was my first novel project to be released publicly. Written and repeatedly re-written between 1999 and 2008, it underwent a series of drastic changes... eventually culminating in the version posted here, which I'm still not 100% pleased with. Rather than rewrite it a seventh time, I decided instead to rehash the story as a graphic novel, which can be found here. Someday, I may do a final rewrite of the novel itself, but that will be at a point in which I'm not already in the middle of several other projects. For now, I leave it here to be viewed in the form in which it was originally released.

This is the story of the Champions of Diasminion- the long-foretold heros of lore- and their rather fumbling attempt to follow their clueless, "Clanless" leader to fulfill their parts in a Legend written long ago. If they do not succeed, the fate of the world hangs in the balance... yet their journey causes many of them to raise the question: Is the world in which they live *really* worth saving?
